Seriously all it does is crash and never lets me access messages until a delete the app and reinstall. Even then sometimes it doesnt work. OH YEAH ITS SO "HELPFUL"...

Hey guys If you are having the same stupid problem that cannot get messages because who knows what stupid update they did Go to the top where it says INBOX and go to ARCHIVED or SPAM and then go back to INBOX you will be able to read your messages

If I could give this version a zero I would! I can not get my messages from "Pages" I have to go through Facebook then into my new feed. Ridiculous! I do a lot of business through Facebook ($27k in 3 months!). Fix this!

Inbox does not load--ever.

UPDATE: The following worked for me to regain access to our pages messages...click on Messages Icon...click on "Inbox"...click on "Archived"...archived messages will come up....now click on "Achived" again...now click on "Inbox"...pages current Messages should come up. My question now is why didnt Facebook tell us this!!! Cant access pages messages...no response from Facebook after sending multiple "Report a Problem". Would have been nice to receive a response telling us something about what the heck is going on!! Even an, Oops our update is buggy, would have been nice.

Fix the problem

Getting no notifications from messages,post or anything. Please fix it immediately. This apps is useless, getting no notifications. No idea whats going on in my page.

Loading spins and spins but the private messages never load.

The automatic reply will send again when someone sends a message a week later, I wish it was a one time thing, or if there was an option of making it for only the first reply from someone new

Its been 3 days since I cant access my buisness inbox, most of my clients comunicate with me through private messages, we pay fb to promote our businesses this is unacceptable, they dont even respond to complaints but that bill for the ads will be right on time.... please fix this ASAP

If youre going to force people to use a separate app for their Facebook pages, please make sure it works. I spend money on Facebook ads promoting my business, why dont I have a functional app to manage it?! I cannot open messages, I have to use Safari. Also when you open a notification, the red notification number doesnt go away on the home screen. You have to close out the app, re-open it, and then it MIGHT go away.

This is a joke right? Did Facebook actually develop this?

Every time I open the app it says Im in offline mode whether or not I have connection to the internet, pages wont refresh and comment notifications dont appear either

I use this for my business. It is very frustrating that I need to go home to reply to messages from a computer. I run a dog training and services business. This is costing me clients due to inability to respond in a timely fashion as I am on the road quite often

It is ridiculous to "rate" a business owner on how fast they respond to messages but make it impossible to read messages on this app. It needs to be fixed!!!

Hard to reply to messages when the inbox wont load.

Upgrade your apps. Its really disgusting and I have already uninstalled it

I am so frustrated with this app! It will NOT LET ME OPEN MESSAGES!!!! Like come on its the whole point of this app since everything else can be done on Facebook itself. FIX IT PLZZZ
