Let me get this straight. You make us use a app, and then it wont work? My business need to talk to its costumers....

Just a heads up that messages are not working on any pages on this version of the app. It just continuously refreshes. Also, comments dont show up on Live Videos from Pages.

Come on people - this update kills my business. How can I operate at all without access to messages??? Seriously - fix it ASAP!!!!!!

Another update that does the complete opposite of what the update description says. To see your inbox again, go to your messages. At the top in the middle you will see Inbox with a drop down. Select any other view from the drop down, spam or archived, then go back to your inbox. This is only a workaround and will need to be performed every time you open the app. It doesnt excuse the poor QA in the last update.

This version is better. But it has got a problem in bringing or loading the messages which are sent by the audience. It says always in progress. I cant access my messages using this app. Would you please look at it again?

Cant access pages messages...no response from Facebook after sending multiple "Report a Problem". Would have been nice to receive a response telling us something about what the heck is going on!! Even an, Oops our update is buggy, would have been nice.

I rely on my business as much as many of the reviews before. I cannot see my messages. Please fix this.

The message inbox doesnt work anymore. Just appears to load and load forever. And when I try to just view them in the normal Facebook app it redirects me to this app. So irritating.

This app is useless. Messages wont load, notifications dont come through, and I am unable to publish anything. Deleting. Dont advertise this as helpful for business page management if the app only impedes communication.

I cant read my messages from my phone and I see now that Im not the only one. It is very inconvenient for those of us trying to run a business as we may not be at our computers all the time. Please fix this asap!!!

Not loading any messages after the update on June 29th iphone 7

I cannot open my messages for the past 3 days!! I help in dog rescue and this looks bad on our pages as I cannot respond or see messages. Please fix ASAP.

Please fix this bug. It has happened before, but this time it is taking too long to work again. I already tried uninstalling and installing again, but it still it wont work. My costumers are already used to communicate through this method. Now they are not getting the answers they deserve.

What is the point of this app if you cant even message your followers. It just loads and loads and loads...

Impossible right now to keep good business ethics without being able to respond to messages. One can spend 1,000s per day on search ads and not have messaging needs, but this is a social media platform, by your design. Very confusing why this acquisition channel has been built and offered to advertisers, but something like the ability to socialize with customers privately on a social media platform has not been fixed. Keeping up with the sheer amount of "buzz" that occurs with running ads on this platform already takes extra time and resources. But, letting advertisers hang high and dry for this long without the ability to respond to the sheer amount of these messages jeopardizes a business they built a long time before bringing it to and trusting this platform to do business on. Augmented reality and "brain typing" technologies are very exciting Facebook and we are excited about the resources you put into this exploration, but please, fix what millions are giving you money to use "right now".

Completely inconvenient. Whatever update they pushed broke the inbox function please fix it!!!
