I have the same issues as everyone else. I can see the messages come in but I cannot get them to load in the app.

Hard to navigate- poor display- just not a good tool at all! Same goes for the groups ??

Inbox isnt loading, working! Can be a lot better!!!!

Horrible I can not continue to run my business through this app. Please unlock it so where I can use FB again this app will not allow me to see pictures my clients send or communicate easily amongst them. I wouldnt even get 1 star.locks up and will not load have sent messages to developer asking for help with no reply.

This app is the ONLY way Facebook will let me view my messages on my phone and they wont even load! I have installed and reinstalled several times and no cigar! Fix this or at least let us use or normal messages app to respond to customers!

Whats up with this new update?! Messages arent loading and it is really irritating that I have to get to a computer to respond! Fix this mess please! And maybe try making sure ALL of the features work before releasing an update next time!

Dont make us use this app if it DOESNT F****** WORK. The messages screen wont even load. I already hate Facebook enough as it is. Fix your bugs.

We run a tattoo business on Facebook and I cant answer my clients unless I use a desktop

Since the update was issued on 6/29/17 the app will no longer allow you to access your instant messages on your mobile device. As other reviewers have stated, it has screwed up our business communication flow. I really hope you guys are on the case because Facebook Page Manager went from awesome to totally useless crap with one update! However, I can access messages from my laptop but it really slows things down. Please fix this disaster ASAP!

Well, the inbox doesnt work, which is a HUGE issue!!!

App is slow and sluggish and constantly seems to have one problem or another. This weeks update has resulted in the inbox feature not working, so I cant read messages to my business page while on the go. Really annoying. Wish theyd just fix it once and for all.

Messages arent working, which is very problematic when running a business. Ridiculous. Came here to uninstall and retry, only do find everyone else is having the same issue, too. Get this fixed!

Cant get into our inbox ever sense the last update I think I will remove Facebook app from my phone.

I communicate with my clients with this app and now I cant! All fine details are now lost, ugh! Fix this!!!

Worked awesome until the last couple days now I think Im losing sales due to the fact that I cant check my messages, they will not even load now.

Facebook makes you download this app to read your business Facebook account messages but then the messages dont even work with the app!!! Every review here is completely true!

Ill echo others here. Why even put the functionality of messages on the app if I cant access them? Thanks for making it super hard to manage my business page while Im traveling.

At the point where you are a social media professional that spends a lot of money on developing and promoting your pages, youd expect some more advanced tools to be available. My primary page shares news and stories about regional hospitals, hospitals that share their content with us on Facebook. To date there is absolutely no way to see the "Pages Feed" in mobile with the dedicated Facebook apps. This means I have to go to a desktop browser in order to see what our partners are doing. This is unacceptable. Its mobile content in a mobile world and we cant see that content in mobile. Making it worse, every time I post from this app I get a splash screen with a bunch of ridiculous tips for how to do internet. I get it. Its my job. Ive been using social media professionally since before half of your staff was born. We also do Instagram advertising. Theres no way to make an Instagram ad in this app, in the Facebook app, or in this app. Its completely insane! Were trying to *give you money* and you dont want to help us. We need a professional tool that lets us see our pages feed, create ads and boosted posts for Facebook and Instagram, and without the amateur hour tips every time we post.

I rely on this app to manage my clients accounts and its: 1. always crashing 2. slow loading - especially if youre looking for an older post 3. Message center doesnt give alerts causing the response rate to severely decrease 4. Cross posting feature doesnt work 5. Cant add tags or a title to a video upload 6. Doesnt load all the audiences I created for ad promotion Please fix ?
