I dowloaded this app to schedule out posts to my facebook group. This app is useless to me because you can post to group but cannot schedule.

This app makes it so much easier to post to both of my accounts simultaneously instead of the extra work. Love it.

I recently BLOCKED META from my Facebook page because I don’t need a business app. META Employees have hacked all 3 of my Facebook pages redirecting them to the APP STORE and THE META APP. They also changed the language on my Facebook page to French. I don’t know about you but grownups should be running META not petty little brats.

Be prepared to receive DOZENS of SPAM messages every day! ALL of them pretending to be META! That’s right 100% of the SPAM messages I receive inside of META are scammers pretending to be META. I’ve reported HUNDREDS just since the first of the year. HUNDREDS with no action taken at all. The value of advertising on Facebook diminishes everytime I have to open the app multiple times per day to clear threatening SPAM.

We are a non profit. Your algorithm keeps classing us as a business and directing us to business tools instead of offering us tool that would be useful to us. You need to teach your computers to recognize non profits and offer them appropriate tools.

Tapping on the schedule option doesn't work. It doesn't open. Please fix this bug.

It's a convenient app but is only capable of doing half the functions need so I have to still operate 40% on the standard FB app. I'm not sure help tickets actually go to anywhere as I've never received a response and the majority of the issues I have have never been fixed~or reappear with each 'upgrade'. It is exactly what I expect for a free business tool. Subpar but the price is right.

Can’t choose photo post layout, won’t let me post photos by going to the photo or videos at all. Also can’t edit from it I have to use regular Facebook to do everything

I have a business page, and would like to trun adds but facebook wants me to have this, i downloaded it, tried to login with my facebook, it does nothing but loading screen after i hit log in. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, it still didn’t work. I also updated the app, and nothing

Support really is terrible. My account was restricted from advertising and I didn’t realize it because I wasn’t advertising. I believe it was restricted due to a hack. When I eventually wanted to run a boost is when I discovered it. I tried reaching to find out why it was restricted and resolve it but could never get the issue fixed.

I used them for a minute then realized all they want is our money (oh and all of our private life info), they don’t assist if there is a problem. God forbid if your FB gets blocked for no reason, neither Meta or FB will do anything to help (if you can even contact them, good luck on that one!). They are overrated and not worth it.

When I put a post in a draft it literally erases everything I typed!! This is terrible. Also when you click “photo” nothing pops up now. Terrible glitch that needs to be fixed

This app supposedly updates frequently to keep it running right, but it’s constantly malfunctioning saying I have new notifications and when I open it up for my business, I don’t see anything new.

Facebook can be seen as a unique virtual space where people connect and share experiences. Embrace this opportunity purposefully, and engage in a way that allows you to express yourself freely.

So can’t really give a good rating to and app that see’s your account and just completely fails to log in. So now, every time I have business notifications on my main Facebook account, instead of asking me to switch to my business account like it used too, now it wants to take me to and app that doesn’t function. Before that, it wanted to take me to the download page on the App Store. You’ve taken something that used to be semi seamless and easy and turned it into a mess. Well done.

Some posts that I did not create are getting posted to my business timeline… Meta has its glitches.

Instagram has more useful features. TikTok has more than both of yours combined but please bring back regular soft focus filters to FB are very least to get a better rating…yall started at 5 but it’s gone downhill from 2020 just saying

I love this app

Just started this this morning, but when I connect my business instagram it doesn’t allow me to “connect” there is only a disconnect or cancel button.

Hard to navigate and always getting pop up mushroom ads etc… Messages that I’m in violation of fb terms by outside trolls

There is too much jail time for small and little stuff.

The planner is way more difficult to use in the app than it is in the Facebook platform. I prefer that over the app!

Where do I even start?? From glitchy pages and notifications to completely useless ad campaigns. You will NEVER find a glitchier system. I miss half of my notifications unless I log in on my computer, which can mean the difference between obtaining a lead or leaving a sour taste in someone’s mouth. I REFUSE to use the app unless I absolutely have to and if I do, it is because the only thing that seems to work correctly is the messenger system. The notifications page is ALWAYS glitching, either not showing comments and likes, or just flashing really rapidly. For a multi BILLION dollar company, this is possibly the WORST app to exist to manage social media. I’m better off using a third-party 🙄

Landscape mode is not supposed well

I wanted to delete this app so bad but can’t because I would otherwise not be able to keep track of the messages. However, it is constantly given false notifications. I got a check for the new message there’s nothing.

Love the new tools. I have another firm I partner with on prints and merch, but I would love a class on IG or FB on how to sell my original paintings on IG and FB. Will check YouTube for same.

I haven't been able to switch between profiles in months. Meta support is terrible and no respondent to the request

For a reputable company like Meta, this app should be way less glitchy. Always pops up a badge notification even when there's nothing there, trying to see the insights is almost impossible with all the glitching. Come on Meta, catch up.

I am happy that I have access to a lot just in a single application; However, there are issues too, like sometime I receive message notification but can not find message. I understand that application still needs time to be better; please make it more business friendly and B2C communication friendly Thank you

It’s amazing using page

Great app but I definitely think it needs and could benefit from a dark mode a lot of bright white

This used to be a great platform to promote my business but this past year the location service doesn’t stay set, I’ll put in my service radius at 40 miles and I get calls from every state in the country but none from my local area, I’ll check the location and it’s way off again, I reset it and a day later it’s off again, frustrating to spend so much in marketing, only to market to the wrong region

this app is for merchants and people who are doing business and marketing but actually it says who are the product and being marketed to and it's all designed to make us worry about getting more views so that we pay them for advertising, and the statistics they show us are highly suspicious because they look like they are deliberately tailored and inaccurate in order to successfully perform a "call to action" and make you pay for advertising or boosting your post as they call it. Facebook used to be a place for marketing your products and selling online easily but now it's a place that's going to cost you more to advertise than the money you will make from the advertisement. Luckily most of us don't bother because Facebook ads are truly a scam, and this app is designed to scam money out of the user to help the user make money. I use this app to make money not to spend it. I'm sick of the attempts of met AI to try to make money out of people who are trying to make money. Because they need money and they can't afford to be wasting it on stupid adverts with Facebook that really cannot be truly checked if the statistics are real or not because it is closed source mainframe and they might be lying to us saying we only got seven views but actually we got 7000. If nobody paid for advertising with them at all, they would have to push your content for free. Which is why the best content to have on Facebook is content they don't have from other users. Very rare content. Because they will show that to everybody anyway regardless of the fact you're not paying them to advertise. Because you're the only one giving them some of that content and they need more ha ha so they can take theirbilling for advertisements and roll up that virtual billing sheet as a PDF, and put it where the sun hardly ever shines
