some messages cannot be viewed

Cant get my messages after new update. Im running a business. Get it together.

I used them for a minute then realized all they want is our money (oh and all of our private life info), they don’t assist if there is a problem. God forbid if your FB gets blocked for no reason, neither Meta or FB will do anything to help (if you can even contact them, good luck on that one!). They are overrated and not worth it.

When I put a post in a draft it literally erases everything I typed!! This is terrible. Also when you click “photo” nothing pops up now. Terrible glitch that needs to be fixed

This app supposedly updates frequently to keep it running right, but it’s constantly malfunctioning saying I have new notifications and when I open it up for my business, I don’t see anything new.

So can’t really give a good rating to and app that see’s your account and just completely fails to log in. So now, every time I have business notifications on my main Facebook account, instead of asking me to switch to my business account like it used too, now it wants to take me to and app that doesn’t function. Before that, it wanted to take me to the download page on the App Store. You’ve taken something that used to be semi seamless and easy and turned it into a mess. Well done.

Some posts that I did not create are getting posted to my business timeline… Meta has its glitches.

Instagram has more useful features. TikTok has more than both of yours combined but please bring back regular soft focus filters to FB are very least to get a better rating…yall started at 5 but it’s gone downhill from 2020 just saying

I love this app

Just started this this morning, but when I connect my business instagram it doesn’t allow me to “connect” there is only a disconnect or cancel button.

Hard to navigate and always getting pop up mushroom ads etc… Messages that I’m in violation of fb terms by outside trolls

There is too much jail time for small and little stuff.

The planner is way more difficult to use in the app than it is in the Facebook platform. I prefer that over the app!

Where do I even start?? From glitchy pages and notifications to completely useless ad campaigns. You will NEVER find a glitchier system. I miss half of my notifications unless I log in on my computer, which can mean the difference between obtaining a lead or leaving a sour taste in someone’s mouth. I REFUSE to use the app unless I absolutely have to and if I do, it is because the only thing that seems to work correctly is the messenger system. The notifications page is ALWAYS glitching, either not showing comments and likes, or just flashing really rapidly. For a multi BILLION dollar company, this is possibly the WORST app to exist to manage social media. I’m better off using a third-party 🙄

Landscape mode is not supposed well

I wanted to delete this app so bad but can’t because I would otherwise not be able to keep track of the messages. However, it is constantly given false notifications. I got a check for the new message there’s nothing.

Love the new tools. I have another firm I partner with on prints and merch, but I would love a class on IG or FB on how to sell my original paintings on IG and FB. Will check YouTube for same.

I haven't been able to switch between profiles in months. Meta support is terrible and no respondent to the request

For a reputable company like Meta, this app should be way less glitchy. Always pops up a badge notification even when there's nothing there, trying to see the insights is almost impossible with all the glitching. Come on Meta, catch up.

I am happy that I have access to a lot just in a single application; However, there are issues too, like sometime I receive message notification but can not find message. I understand that application still needs time to be better; please make it more business friendly and B2C communication friendly Thank you

It’s amazing using page

Great app but I definitely think it needs and could benefit from a dark mode a lot of bright white

This used to be a great platform to promote my business but this past year the location service doesn’t stay set, I’ll put in my service radius at 40 miles and I get calls from every state in the country but none from my local area, I’ll check the location and it’s way off again, I reset it and a day later it’s off again, frustrating to spend so much in marketing, only to market to the wrong region

this app is for merchants and people who are doing business and marketing but actually it says who are the product and being marketed to and it's all designed to make us worry about getting more views so that we pay them for advertising, and the statistics they show us are highly suspicious because they look like they are deliberately tailored and inaccurate in order to successfully perform a "call to action" and make you pay for advertising or boosting your post as they call it. Facebook used to be a place for marketing your products and selling online easily but now it's a place that's going to cost you more to advertise than the money you will make from the advertisement. Luckily most of us don't bother because Facebook ads are truly a scam, and this app is designed to scam money out of the user to help the user make money. I use this app to make money not to spend it. I'm sick of the attempts of met AI to try to make money out of people who are trying to make money. Because they need money and they can't afford to be wasting it on stupid adverts with Facebook that really cannot be truly checked if the statistics are real or not because it is closed source mainframe and they might be lying to us saying we only got seven views but actually we got 7000. If nobody paid for advertising with them at all, they would have to push your content for free. Which is why the best content to have on Facebook is content they don't have from other users. Very rare content. Because they will show that to everybody anyway regardless of the fact you're not paying them to advertise. Because you're the only one giving them some of that content and they need more ha ha so they can take theirbilling for advertisements and roll up that virtual billing sheet as a PDF, and put it where the sun hardly ever shines

After the last update you can’t see comment numbers on posts next to reactions for Facebook posts. Please add a night mode for this app I’m begging. Thank you!!

I have lead center turned off as well as FAQ yet Meta is constantly inboxing random people on my page for leads and allowing them to still access the FAQ. It’s SO ANNOYING. If I have this disabled then why is it still happening🙄

Still No Help from Facebook Ad Support – 2 Weeks and Counting I’ve been trying to get support for over two weeks, messaging Meta almost every single day through their support system—and still no response. My ad account is disabled, but Facebook already took my money, and the ads never ran. I’ve updated payment methods, submitted multiple appeals, and followed every step—but there’s no live chat, no human response, no resolution. As a small business owner, this delay is costing me visibility, clients, and momentum. This kind of silence from a major platform like Meta is beyond frustrating. If anyone has experienced this and successfully got their account reinstated, please share how. I need help getting this escalated.

It’s a bother and it has made Facebook less enjoyable. I can no longer interact with friends like before Meta.

Great app when you are in a pinch. The online is a lot more control and detail but this gets the job done kind of easy then real easy once you get used to it. But great when you are in a pinch and need to do something quick.

It is great to be able to program the posts for a month, but periodically it glitches and I cannot see anything. It would be great to have ability to edit photo or video like what we have on TikTok. I use TikTok only because I can create videos that I want: change the speed of the video, remove or add parts of videos, add text that can appear as a typewriter ect. Would be nice to have this all in one place like Business suit.

The widget went blank and won’t load, same with comments they don’t show up even after going into each picture.

Nothing about the business ui is functional. This whole setup is so cobbled together, confusing, non functional, and full of bots, scammers and frauds - you should honestly can it and start over. For the love of God.

I can not schedule videos from my PC and have to transfer all videos to my phone in order to upload and schedule. Business suite isn’t working when it comes to video uploads. I’ve reported over and over to no avail.

I must say they truly helped out a lot, I do not know anything I am doing on internet or know what I am doing on cell phone sometimes. Which there is all types of media, which should be more specific about. Social media and then you have the news that’s also media, then you have streaming media and I learned a little bit of all of those things. Teach me and I’ll learn. One thing I don’t like is that they charge you. And when things go wrong you have ask for the money back as what I did and now we are here in a different year all together. And no one wants to be blamed for being wrong. And it’s ok to be wrong sometimes we are human! Thanks again for letting me understand. And not taking it out on me! My pictures are the most important and the new age is the new age. To new generational values. Let the children’s imagination grow into knowing what it takes to become hard worker’s. Life will be easier with newer technology.

Good concept, but I don’t like how everything is for a international bank and everything is Thailand. I don’t get it. I live in the United States in New Jersey.

Be prepared to receive DOZENS of SPAM messages every day! ALL of them pretending to be META! That’s right 100% of the SPAM messages I receive inside of META are scammers pretending to be META. I’ve reported HUNDREDS just since the first of the year. HUNDREDS with no action taken at all. THEY DON’T CARE! The value of advertising on Facebook diminishes everytime I have to open the app multiple times per day to clear threatening SPAM.

Text formatting glitches regularly. You can type in the exact name of a location or profile and it won’t appear to tag. It trims your videos and you can’t change it. It zooms in your photos and you can’t change it. Very frustrating.
