I like having an app which separates the pages from Facebook. The problem with pages is the same with the Facebook app, limited ability to change settings within the app. Also unable to review posts to pages within the app. These 2 issues make it so I cant be mobile and constantly monitor my page. Until those 2 issues are fixed, only 2 stars.

Double notifications on every incoming message and like. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Everyone who admins the page has the same issue with their app on iPhone 6plus through iPhone 6s. FIX PLEASE!

Pages app is not reliable. Sometimes photos cant be seen and becomes white. Today I noticed that the video uploaded becomes SD, even Ive set the app setting to "Upload HD". Dont upgrade if you dont have to.

Love this page so far...its easy to learn and you can make changes when you want.

The new format that combines inbox with notifications is not handy, it was less confusing before and the ability to search for people in the messages seems to be gone and this is a real problem for how I use the app. It was way better before... this new combination of inbox and notifications SUCKS!

I have multiple accounts to manage and this update made something that was very simple, really quite annoying and complicated. Go back, please, go back.

Ive been having countless issues with the messages. I receive notifications that someone messaged me but when I open them, their appearance is delayed and it keeps saying "connecting". Whats wrong with the messenger?

My Facebook page response time is pretty bad because of (this app) pages, I review all messages promptly but pages Says I have messages still, which I dont!

What happened with the latest version? Shares and mentions and such will just not load, whether in wifi or on Cellular. Please correct this in the new version. Thankfully the photos finally load again. But now this. Too bad.

The newest update is beyond crap, literally the only redeeming feature is that it still allows you to switch back to the previous version although even that has to be done each time you open the app. Message system needs to go back to original, whoever decided to make this change should be fired.

Since the last update can not always respond to messages, or look at notifications. when this is used for a business and questions are asked and you cannot respond it is bad. Please fix the issue of not being able to respond to messages and notifications!! Before this update would gladly have given 5 stars, now 2 is being generous.

This Is awful!!! Its messing up my conversations! How do I delete?? I hold it like a normal app expecting it to shake but no!!!! I cant get it gone!!

The main reason I use this app is to respond to messages and comments to my page, but it is so slow to load them that I keep having to go through the regular Facebook app to see the latest one. Also mentions never seem to show up either. Please either fix this or give up on this terrible app altogether. Its never been useful because of its many glitches.

First fb messenger and now this?! Why do we need so many different apps. Just have it in the same place!!

The only thing this app tells me is that someone has liked my photography page. No notifications for comments to page or for people who share my page. Very annoying for someone who is constantly trying to acknowledge the people who are sharing my page and giving me more exposure. I noticed that I had 4 missed comments and 2 page shared today that were all a week old

Please go back to the way it was. This new update makes receiving, replying and flagging messages extremely difficult! Messages get lost too which makes no sense. I hate it. Go back. Go back now.

I dont care that you want me "Keep up the good work" Leave me alone!!! I only permit you to exist on my phone so I can respond to interactions on my pages and groups! I dont need a coach! And theres no way to make the app shut up without turning off all notifications! This app is as annoying as Messenger. If nothing changes before I get my iPhone 8 in September, guess which apps will NOT be making the switch with me...

Endless "keep up the good work" post reminders make this app less than useless. Amateurish thinking behind this. Update: now they have made it 2 clicks to check the notifications where they now not only spam you with "helpful" (read abusive) keep up the good work notifications but also added in encouragement to "boost" pages (but advertising) that you dont need. I wonder if anyone involved in the development of this app even took the time to read the comments here and on Facebook or even tAlk to anyone who actually manages pages.

The app rarely loads without me having to close it and open it multiple time also 75% of the time when I click on the notifications it just brings me back to the notification page! Its very annoying and a giant waste of time.

Does not let you see messages on iPhone and lately on iPad despite being faithful with the updates. Then FB gives you a low rating for not replying fast enough. How can you reply if you cant see the messages? Stop playing with people FB! I uninstalled it, and now they wont let me reply on my business page using the regular FB app. Terrible! Ive sent several reports and still this issue persists.
